Information for families
The nannies I have on my books have been personally selected and interviewed by myself. They will have a minimum of 2 years experience and are committed and career minded.
All references, DBS, First Aid, Driving License (where applicable) are checked and confirmed making sure they are valid.
During the initial conversation our aim is to understand your family needs and requirements so we are in a position to find the perfect match. We will send a shortlist of CVs of prospective candidates and then organise a convenient time for you to meet. After each interview we will seek your feedback.
Experience tells us that a family should always meet top candidates twice in order to better understand each other and so that expectations can be discussed and agreed.
Once you have chosen your nanny we are happy to assist you with by providing a contract template and recommend Payroll companies.
This doesn’t have to be daunting, we will be with you every step of the way.
